An idyllic spot...it's impossible to move away from the window overlooking the sea!! Lots of lovely walks and everyone very friendly. We even managed to sit outside and have a drink on the decking (not bad for November!) taking in the view. Cottage spotlessly clean and of a very high standard. We look forward to returning.

A beautiful place and everyone was so friendly. We had a magical Christmas and even managed breakfast on the beach! Thank you for the Christmas tree and mince pies which were waiting patiently for us after a long journey from the midlands. Also for the tea, coffee and other thoughtful touches that really made a difference. The cottage was cosy and spotlessly clean. We will definitely come back again.

“We were looking for somewhere special to spend Christmas 2018 and having looked at the website thought
it might be an ideal location. The property and area far exceeded our expectations and made our Christmas everything we hoped for. The cottage even had a Christmas tree. We had breakfast Christmas day on the beach. There are so many walks to do depending on how far you wanted to walk. We have recommended it to friends and family and are looking forward to going back in the summer.

The view of the beach from the window was spectacular and we found ourselves sat there most of the time that
we were in the cottage. We enjoyed lovely walks along the beach and the coastal paths all of which are just outside
the cottage. The town of Aberporth was delightful and the proximity of the local pub just a short walk away was a bonus.
We would definitely recommend (By The Sea) cottage as the perfect place to stay if you enjoy being close to the beach

“A very conveniently laid out apartment in a beautiful location in Aberporth which has useful facilities immediately to hand. Although it isn't wheelchair accessible it was very suitable for someone of limited walking capacity within the property.”

“This is a lovely place to stay. It is well equipped and well furnished. Communication was excellent, the accommodation was spotless. It is situated close to a clean, sandy beach (20 yards at most!) and has stunning views. Great centre for the many, varied nearby attractions. We saw a number of dolphins on a 2-hour boat trip from Newquay. We hope to return with our family next year also in the bigger house. Wonderful stay, thank you.”

Cross the road and you're on the beach. Comfortable bed and seating and everything works. We think the owners have got this just right. We loved it. Go!”
