Picture this: a golden sandy beach within ten metres from the end of your drive, a stunning view of the sea looking out towards the peninsular that inspired Elgar, and miles of beautiful rugged Welsh coastline either side of you, just waiting to be explored. Our two self-contained cottages named “The Beach House” and “By The Sea” promise exactly that, being arguably the closest properties to the smaller of Aberporth’s two beaches. Situated in an exquisite spot directly opposite the slipway, you can even hear the crashing of the waves through your open window.
Whether you are looking for a romantic, relaxing break, or an opportunity for adventure and exploration, both “The Beach House” and “By The Sea” are perfect for couples and families alike.
About the cottages...
The Beach House is the larger of the two cottages, and will sleep up to 10 guests, making it perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends. Click the image to find out more.

Location...
“The Beach House” and “By The Sea” are located in the charming seaside village of Aberporth, just a short walk away from local restaurants and cafés, and only a ten-minute drive away from the bustling market town of Cardigan, which offers a cinema/theatre, shopping, and a recently renovated historic castle.
Adventure...
For those looking for adventure, this area is the UK’s true playground, with activities ranging from surfing and kayaking, to scuba diving and coasteering.
Relaxation...
For those who are after a more calming escape, you need to look no further than out towards the sea to watch bottlenose dolphins in the bay, and the local coastline is rich with a variety of beautiful beaches to relax on. Additionally, the 63 mile-long Ceredigion coast path runs right past, along the narrow lane between the properties and the beach, meaning you don’t have to venture far before you are following a trail that provides you with more magnificent picture-postcard views.
